Once again, the deadline for ACA compliance for the employer mandate has been shifted by the federal government. Is your head swimming? We've outlined the change in our news and are scheduling a webinar for April to help; we also have in the works an eSeminar (a course over several weeks with weekly meetings and HRCI credits) on the ACA to dig deeper into this challenging law and how to prepare for the various requirements looming in 2015 and 2016. In the meantime, we will continue to apprise you of developments and how to address them.
