Editor's Message
As you can see from our featured content, our editors have been busy building two new exclusive Liveflo workflows. Both workflows should prove extremely helpful with two distinct yet challenging issues facing HR: determining your pay or play penalty under health care reform, and the always-challenging progressive discipline process. We have more workflows coming - if you have any particularly challenging compliance process for which you'd like us to consider developing a workflow, please let me know. I'd love to hear from you.

Our editors have also been busy creating resource centers to help HR professionals get straight to our content that most directly pertains to employers in two key industry sectors: retail and transportation. Check them out and let me know what you think. We have more industry sector resource centers coming!

Last, but certainly not least, for those of you interested in international issues, we've added several new country guides to our international manual. China, Denmark and Switzerland are the latest additions, bringing us to 17 countries. More are in development, so keep checking back!
