Continuous improvement. Isn't that what life's all about? ... what all of us try to do at work every day? Here at XpertHR, we are proud of the caliber of the product but also strive for continuous improvement. In that vein, you may have noticed changes to the site over the past weeks and months. We are an "agile development" site, in that we make weekly improvements to the site functionality and interface based on feedback from you and the rest of our subscribers.

Within the past week, you may have noticed changes to our home page, for example. With these changes, you now have quicker, easier views into our three main navigation options: Tasks, Topics and Tools. Other changes we've made recently include adding our news to the home page, beneath the Editor's Choice articles. We've also recently reworked the "Tools" tab drop down, grouping our tools into Employment Law: Quick Tools, Employment Law: Reference, Best Practice and HR News.

These are just a few of the ongoing enhancements we're making to the site to better serve your needs. If you have any suggested improvements, please tell us!
