Our new Employee Handbooks tool has been wildly popular since we completed it in March.  Of course, just building the tool with the hundreds of policy statements and associated guidance isn't enough!  Since launching the tool, we've been busy adding new policy statements due to new laws, and we've updated several others. Here are a few stats:  5 new or updated policy statements were driven by municipal law, one federal policy statement was updated, 4 updated policy statements were driven by state changes in 4 different states, while 4 new policy statements reflect state law.   All told, in just a couple of months 11 states and the national handbook were revised. You can see all the new and updated Employee Handbook policy statements in the article "Recent Updates to the Employee Handbooks Tool" on the left.
