XpertHR Adds 6 States to its Rapidly Expanding Coverage!
XpertHR is on track to have all 50 states and Washington DC in July. We are completing states on a rolling basis until then and are now up to 25 states, with the completion of six states in the past week. The California Gender Nondiscrimination Act amended the California Fair Employment and Housing Act to add gender identity and gender expression as protected classes.
