I want to call your attention to two amazing additions to the XpertHR service recently: our newest Liveflo workflow on Addressing Poor Performance and our AB 1825 training course for California Supervisors. Sexual harassment training is mandated in California by the AB 1825 training requirement which requires 2-hour biannual California supervisor training. 2015 is a training year, and our new course includes the new 2015 requirements adopted under AB 2053, which requires that the training include the prevention of abusive conduct. We hope you benefit from these terrific new resources, developed by our very own Marta Moakley, JD and XpertHR Legal Editor. If you have ideas for new resources you'd like us to consider, please let us know!
