We're so energized by the excitement, collaboration and insights gleaned from #HRTechConf - so much of which revolved around how technology advancements can help HR. We're delighted to be part of this important group of companies helping HR do their jobs better.
Check out some of our coverage of the conference:
Not to be outdone, our podcast editor, David Weisenfeld, was in the audience as the Supreme Court heard the Oct. 10 oral arguments in Fisher v. Texas over the use of race as a factor in admissions. There may be no bigger case at the Supreme Court this term than this affirmative action battle - it's a case that could have broad implications for employers' diversity efforts. Check out our exclusive podcast coverage of this important development.
You may also notice the start of some new enhancements to our site. We have begun adding more information to our topic pages to help you better use this important navigational tool. We are summarizing key issues and trends for each of our 300+ topics. Check out our employee discipline topic, for example. In the next several weeks we will further improve these pages by adding important links to top content for each topic, suggested related topics, and more. We'll keep you apprised as we continue to make these and other enhancements to the site.
