Did you know you can bookmark your progress in Liveflo?
Liveflo workflows are designed to help you navigate through your most challenging HR processes, such as classifying a position as exempt or nonexempt. Our workflows cover topics in depth, meaning they can sometimes take a long time to complete. For this reason, we've incorporated a bookmarking feature into our workflows to allow you to save your progress and come back to it later. To bookmark your progress, press the "Bookmark this step" button found in the left-hand Key Points box.

Does the volume of information and updates sometimes overwhelm you? Do you worry you've missed an update or key development in the tsunami of information you face? If so, you're certainly not alone.
To help, we've created a simple listing of all new and updated content on XpertHR on a rolling two-month basis (the list would get too long otherwise!). There were 70 new or updated documents and other resources in July alone so it's easy to see how you might have missed something. And missing a development could be costly.
These July updates ran the gamut from major federal developments (Supreme Court's DOMA ruling) to key state developments (7 states enacting new distracted driver requirements) to general issues of interest (DOJ, NLRB Join Forces to Coordinate Enforcement Actions - which, incidentally, was retweeted by none other than an EEOC Commissioner!), and much more.
This running chart is updated continually so you have an easy place to see what's new in your service. Access it easily through the "Quick Links" box on the home page. Enjoy!
