Did you know you can incorporate phrase searching to garner specific search results?
When searching a phrase, such as social media, the XpertHR site search will retrieve articles that contain any part of your query, including content containing the words social or media. To limit your search results to articles containing your entire search query, simply place quotation marks around the term. By searching for "social media," for instance, your search will retrieve only articles that contain the entire phrase. For more information on searching, visit the Site Search page found under Help and Support.

Editor's Message |
Due to the resounding success of our free webinars, we are increasing their frequency to twice monthly starting this month. We'll keep you apprised in this newsletter regarding forthcoming webinars. There are certainly a lot of challenging topics we're tackling with these webinars over the next few months.
In September, we'll bring you up to date on legal developments regarding Preemployment Screening and Testing, presented by our Legal Editor and JD, David Weisenfeld (you may recognize his voice as our podcast host!). We've also lined up a very timely webinar in October addressing the implications of the DOMA ruling by the Supreme Court on benefits and the FMLA. We have quite a few more in the pipeline so stay tuned. You can't beat the price, or the quality!
Also, if you miss a webinar, you can listen to the recording on our site at your leisure.
I'd be happy to consider ideas for webinar topics if you have any. Please let me know.
